On Balance Volume is a popular indicator which attempts to assign the significance of price movement through the trading volume on a given day. On up days, the trading volume is added to the previous day's OBV; on down days, the trading volume is subtracted to the previous day's OBV. Buy (long) signals are issued when there is a bullish divergence between the price and OBV. Sell (short) signals are issued when there is a bearish divergence between the price and OBV.
No parameters are required for this indicator.
