Community
The elder modified screen is based upon the elder screen. It also combines two screens: one is the long term screen and another is the intermediate term screen. Stockworm uses an exponential moving average (ema) to determine the trend of the long term chart and then applies the elder-ray power screen to determine buy/sell points.
Three indicator lines are used:
- CLOSE: price close
- BEAR: elder-ray bear
- BULL: elder-ray bull
Go long when the long term price trend is up and the ema of the elder-ray bear is less than 0. Go short when the long term price trend is down and the ema of the elder-ray bull is greater than 0.
