Login Information

The login information page allows you to:

• change your login
• change your password
• change your security question (used to verify you account, if necessary, when speaking with a Stockworm representative)
• change the answer to your security question

Note that for security purposes you must type in your old password correctly before updating your information.

Personal profile

The personal profile page allows you to:

• update your full name
• update your email address
• update your phone number

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you accurately enter this information because it is the only way that the Stockworm team can contact you if you need support or if there are important site announcements. This information will not be distributed to third parties (please see our privacy policy).

Preferences

The preferences page allows you to:

• opt-in or out of emails notifying you of site news
• change your forum handle, which is used in place of your name when you post messages to the Stockworm forums
• change the time zone used to display the current date and time

Billing Information

The billing information page provides you with the information necessary to process credit card transactions for your membership fees. Editable fields include:

• subscription level (analyst, investor, investor plus, or professional)
• billing frequency (notice that quarterly and annual billing are discounted from the monthly rates)
• credit card type
• credit card number
• credit card expiration date
• billing address (including city, state, zip, country)

Note that all changes except subscription level changes will take effect the next time that your credit card is billed. Changes to your subscription level become effective immediately and you will be prompted to approve a pro-rated charge if you elevate your subscription level.

Statements

The statements page displays a table showing a description, date and amount for all Stockworm charges to your account. In addition, your next billing date and current billing frequency are shown.

Cancel subscription

This section allows you to cancel your subscription if you so desire and provides you with a text area where you can indicate the reason for your cancellation
